The PC Pro Awards are the UK's most comprehensive guide to customer support and product reliability, because they're based entirely on our readers' experience.

Once again this year we have 13 reader-voted categories. In each

category, we ask our readers to rate the reliability of the products they have bought, customer support, and how satisfied they are - in particular, if they would buy from that company again.

We combine all this information to produce a numeric rating, and the company with the highest rating wins. If any companies are hot on their heels, they win a Highly Commended award.
